Estimates & Pricing

• Written approval is required before any additional work is performed.
Scheduling & Cancellations
• Project scheduling is subject to weather, site accessibility, and equipment availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payments
• Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
• Deposits may be required prior to the start of work.
• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Site Access & Preparation
• Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the property.
• Underground utilities, property lines, and easements must be identified prior to work commencement.
• AGM Land Clearing is not responsible for unmarked utilities or boundaries.
Safety & Liability
• Safety is a top priority on every job site.
• AGM Land Clearing is fully insured and operates in accordance with industry safety standards.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe conditions, weather, or third-party interference.
Satisfaction
• Our goal is to deliver quality results on every project.
• Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of project completion so we can address them promptly.
